Commuters had a harrowing time as traffic movement was standstill near Town Hall in Bengaluru after congress workers took out a rally against demonetisation. For more than an hour, the roads connected to Town Hall were choked and thousands of vehicles were stranded as the Town Hall junction was blocked. Although traffic police were deployed at various places, they failed to manage the situation.
