SAN ANTONIO- The Bexar County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 26-year-old man for the alleged murder of Nicole Perry, a "gruesome attack" where she was dismembered while still alive. Rafael Castillo is a suspect in the murder of 31-year-old Nicole Perry, whose body was found Nov. 19 on South W. W. White Road.
